摘　　要：介绍PJM备用分类、备用容量的计算方法、备用容量分配、备用市场机制、广东备用辅助服务市场建设等情况。Power reserve is playing an very vital role for the reliability of power system in power market.Using market economy means to operate the reserve ancillary service markets is a highly challenging subject.PJM is an independent system operator in the United States,is responsible for power grid dispatching and trading management in thirteen states and district of columbia.PJM gets power reserve through market clearing.The power reserve system of PJM is complete and the management experience is very rich, provides important reference for guangdong power market.
