摘  要:水泥生产企业里绕线式高压电机均配置了水电阻器进行启动,在实际运行中经常遇到因水电阻器元器件性能下降,接线松动等问题造成高压电机故障停机,引发窑系统生产线停机故障发生,降低企业经济效益。通过对水电阻器控制系统进行优化与简化,可以有效减少与避免因元器件性能下降等原因造成的故障停机发生,提高窑系统运行效率。In cement production enterprises, winding high-voltage motors are equipped with hydropower resistors to start up. in actual operation, high-voltage motors are often shut down due to problems such as poor performance of hydropower resistor components, loose wiring, and so on. It causes the shutdown fault of kiln system production line and reduces the economic benefit of the enterprise. By optimizing and simplifying the control system of the hydropower resistor, the failure shutdown caused by the decline of the performance of the components can be effectively reduced and avoided, and the operation efficiency of the kiln system can be improved.
