摘 要:近几年受到国内外经济下滑等因素,一些大中型企业在发展中面临着较为严峻的影响与挑战。在今后的发展中,工业会呈现网络化、信息化以及集成化、智能化、节能环保的发展趋势,在此种环境中轮胎橡胶企业要与时俱进,优化工序设备,提升工作质量,这样才可以真正的增强自身的核心竞争能力。基于此,文章主要分析了在传统炼胶工序设备生产中存在的问题与不足,在各种技术手段的支持之下,探究了先进性的炼胶工艺手段与设备优化对策,以供参考。In recent years, due to the economic downturn at home and abroad and other factors, some large and medium-sized enterprises in the development is facing more severe impact and challenges. In the future development, the industry will present the development trend of networking, informatization, integration, intelligence, energysaving and environmental protection. in this envi-ronment, tire rubber enterprises should keep pace with the times, optimize process equipment, and improve the quality of work. On-ly in this way can we really enhance their own core competitiveness. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the problems and shortcomings existing in the production of traditional rubber refining process equipment. with the support of various technical means, this paper probes into the advanced rubber refining process means and equipment optimization countermeasures for reference.
