摘 要:泡沫炭具有低密度、高强度、高导热、抗冲击、耐高温、抗氧化等诸多特点,因而具有广泛的应用前景。本文分别以萘系中间相沥青、煤系中间相沥青及氧化沥青为原料,采用低温氧化法取代溶剂萃取法来调制原料的族组成,制备适宜发泡的前驱体,通过对比所制泡沫炭的形貌结构来提出以氧化沥青为原料制备泡沫炭的可行性。Carbon foam has many characteristics such as low density, high strength, high thermal conductivity, impact resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and so on, so it has a wide application prospect. In this paper, naphthalene mesophase pitches, coal-based mesophase pitch and oxidized pitch as raw materials were used to prepare suitable precursors for foaming by low temperature oxidation instead of solvent extraction to modulating the composition of the pitch. Comparison the morphology and structure of the carbon foam, the feasibility of preparing carbon foam by using oxidized pitch as raw material was compared.
