摘 要:以煤沥青为原料,采用热聚合方法制备中间相炭微球,研究热聚合温度370-385℃、聚合时间2h反应条件下煤沥青中喹啉不溶物、外添加氧化石墨烯对中间相炭微球形成的影响,结果表明:沥青中不溶物组分对中间相炭微球形成具有一定促进作用,在380℃热聚合条件下,能够制备出粒度分布较均匀、粒径为0.5μm-2.0μm的炭微球,而无喹啉不溶物的精制沥青,没有得到球形结构的碳材料。Mesophase carbon microspheres were prepared from coal tar pitch by thermal polymerization. The effects of quinoline insoluble substance in coal tar pitch and graphene oxide on the formation of mesophase carbon microspheres were studied under the conditions of thermal polymerization temperature of 370-385 and time of 2 hours. The results show that the insoluble substances in pitch can promote the formation of mesophase carbon microspheres to a certain extent. Carbon microspheres with uniform particle size distribution and 0.5-2.0 um particle size can be prepared at 380℃. While carbon materials with spherical structure can not be obtained by refined coal tar pitch without quinoline insoluble substance.
