摘  要:本文以哈尔滨华尔股份有限公司的废弃物—盐泥为原料,依据煤燃烧的化学反应机理,通过燃烧实验探究单组分对煤燃烧的影响,得出每种单组分的最佳添加量,再通过设计正交试验从而找出该添加剂的最佳配比。该添加剂既可以有效地利用盐泥,还可改善煤的燃烧性能,达到工业废料重新利用和减少环境污染的目的,具有环保意义和实际应用价值。Based on the chemical reaction mechanism of coal combustion, the effect of one component on coal combustion was investigated through combustion experiments, and the optimum addition amount of each component was obtained. Then the optimum proportion of the additive was found through orthogonal design test. The additive can not only effectively utilize salt sludge, but also improve the combustion performance of coal, achieve the purpose of industrial waste reuse and reduce environmental pollution. It has environmental protection significance and practical application value.
