摘  要:随着航空航天制造业的发展,我国航空航天制造企业对高校培养研究生质量的要求越来越高,传统"导师团队带,学生做"的二化主从结构的研究生培养模式已经很难适应企业最新要求。针对航空航天制造学科拔尖人才培养的特点和行业的迫切需求,提出了高水平拔尖人才培养的固溶模式。建立了以研究生为主体,产教融合、科教互促的国际多元化教学团队,以航空航天制造重大创新成果为背景,通过高水平研究项目沉浸式体验,形成具有航空航天特色的国际化高水平拔尖人才培养的多元固溶场景。实践表明,培养模式能够有效提升研究生创新能力和培养行业拔尖人才。With the development of aerospace manufacturing industry, Chinese aerospace manufacturing enterprises have higher and higher requirements for the quality of graduate students in colleges and universities. The traditional "mentor tutoring, students do" dualistic master-subordinate structure of graduate training model has been difficult to adapt to the latest requirements of enterprises. In view of the characteristics of the top talents training in aerospace manufacturing discipline and the urgent need of the industry, a fusion model for training the top talents at a high level is put forward. With the graduate student as the main body, the international diversified teaching team with the integration of production, teaching and science and education is established. Under the background of the major innovative achievements of aerospace manufacturing, through the immersive experience of high level research projects, the multi-level fusion scene with the characteristics of aviation and aerospace is formed for the cultivation of high-level and top-notch talents with the characteristics of aviation and aerospace. Practice shows that the training model can effectively enhance graduate students' innovation ability and train the top talents in the industry.
