祖师麻片联合中药熏蒸对强直性脊柱炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨祖师麻片配合中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎(ankylosingspondylitis,AS)寒湿痹阻证的疗效。方法:将符合标准的64例AS患者随机数字表法分组,各32例,对照组口服柳氮磺嘧啶肠溶片联合非甾体抗炎药美洛昔康片治疗1个疗程,观察组口服祖师麻片及中药熏蒸治疗1个疗程。统计2组患者治疗前后临床疗效、晨僵时间、AS功能性指数量表评分(BASFI)、AS活动性指数量表评分(BASDAI)、疼痛评分(VAS)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(93.75%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后晨僵时间、VAS评分、BASDAI评分、BASFI评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后晨僵时间、VAS评分、BASDAI评分、BASFI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:祖司麻片配合中药熏蒸治疗AS(寒湿痹阻证)疗效显著确切。Objective: To explore the clinical effects of Zusima tablet plus Chinese herbal fumigation on ankylosing spondylitis. Methods: 64 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sulfasalazine combined with meloxicam tablet, and the observation group was treated with Zusima tablet and supplemented by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.Each group is treated for 1 course of treatment.The clinical efficacy, morning stiffness time, AS functional index scale (BASFI), AS activity index scale (BASDAI) and pain score (VAS) of the two groups were calculated before and after treatment.Result: The total treatment efficiency of the study group (93.75%) was higher than that of the control group (75.00%);There was a significantly statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The morning stiffness time, VAS score, BASDAI score and BASFI score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment;There was a significantly statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group;There was a significantly statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of ankylosing spondylitis (cold and dampness obstruction) with Zusima tablet combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is obvious and effective.
