摘 要:提出了一种通过测量扭矩倍增器齿圈扭矩的方法,实现对锚杆预紧扭矩的动态实时监测。利用ANSYS对波纹管刚度、强度进行静态仿真分析,同时考虑角度、温度以及扭矩倍增器摩擦损失对测量灵敏度的影响。在此基础上,搭建了锚杆扭矩监测装置实验平台并结合井下试验验证。结果表明:扭矩倍增器摩擦损失导致测量误差不大于6.2%;测量扭矩与波纹管压力保持线性关系;监测装置可实现对锚杆扭矩实时、有效控制。A method of measuring torque of gear ring of torque multiplier is presented to realize dynamic real-time monitoring of pre-tightening torque of bolt. The stiffness and strength of the bellows are simulated by ANSYS, and the influence of angle,temperature and friction loss of the torque multiplier on the measurement sensitivity is considered. On this basis, the test platform of bolt torque monitoring device is built and verified by downhole test. The results show that the friction loss of torque multiplier leads to the measurement error of no more than 6.2%. The linear relationship between measuring torque and bellows pressure is maintained. The monitoring device can realize real-time and effective control of bolt torque.
