摘　　要：研究了电厂施工测量监控,进行了实例分析,包括电厂概况、施工测量标准、人员及仪器要求,并对电厂施工测量管理方法进行研究,包括施工控制网布置测量管理、电厂主体结构测量管理、沉降观测。旨在提升电厂施工测量监控与管理质量。This paper studies the construction survey and monitoring of power plant, and analyzes the examples, including the general situation of power plant, construction survey standards, personnel and instrument requirements, and studies the construction survey management method of power plant, including construction control network layout survey management, main structure survey management of power plant, settlement observation. The purpose is to improve the quality of construction monitoring and management.
