摘　　要：目的探讨川崎病并发冠状动脉瘤患儿父母的疾病不确定感现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的一般资料调查表,中文版疾病不确定感父母量表,医院焦虑、抑郁量表对符合纳入标准的102名川崎病并发冠状动脉瘤患儿父母进行问卷调查。结果川崎病并发冠状动脉瘤患儿父母疾病不确定感得分为(91.02±13.14)分;焦虑得分为(14.35±3.93)分;抑郁得分为(13.81±3.92)分;冠状动脉瘤分级、医疗费用来源、父母文化程度、父母对疾病的认识、家庭月收入(F=2.535~8.740,P<0.05)、与患儿的关系、父母工作状况(t=2.057、-2.489,P<0.05)对父母疾病不确定感均有影响;其中多元逐步回归分析显示抑郁、对疾病的认识、医疗费用来源是父母疾病不确定感得分的主要影响因素(F=13.695,P<0.05)。结论川崎病并发冠状动脉瘤患儿父母的疾病不确定感处于较高水平,临床医护人员应重视疾病不确定感对患儿父母的影响,采取针对性干预措施,帮助患儿父母降低疾病不确定感,从而提高患儿父母的生命质量。Objective To investigate the status of uncertainty in illness and its influencing factors among parents of children with Kawasaki disease complicated by coronary artery aneurysm.Methods A total of 102 parents of children with Kawasaki disease complicated by coronary artery aneurysms were investigated by General Information Questionnaire,Parent's Perception of Uncertainty Scale,Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale.Results The total sore of Parent′s Perception of Uncertainty Scale was(91.02±13.14)points;that of anxiety was(14.35±3.93)points;while that of depression was(13.81±3.92)points.The uncertainty in illness among parents was influenced by coronary artery aneurysm grading,source of medical expenses,education level,understanding of the disease,average family income(F=2.535-8.740,all P<0.05),relationship with the child,work status(t=2.057,-2.489,P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that depression,understanding of the disease,source of medical expenses had a significant impact on the illness uncertainty of parents(F=13.695,P<0.05).Conclusions The uncertainty in illness among parents of children with Kawasaki disease complicated by coronary artery aneurysm had a higher level.The doctors and nurses should pay attention to the effect of uncertainty in illness on the parents of children and take targeted intervention measures to help parents reduce uncertainty in illness,thereby improving the quality of life.
