摘　　要：我国资金供给渠道主要以商业银行为主,在这样融资机制下必须重视商业银行对科技创新企业支持,这对中国经济以及商业银行自身发展具有重要意义。本文尝试通过梳理硅谷银行的做法,为我国商业银行支持科技创新提供参考和借鉴。China’s capital supply channels are mainly commercial banks.Under such a financing mechanism, it is necessary to attach importance to commercial banks’ support for science and technology innovation enterprises, which is of great significance to the Chinese economy and the development of commercial banks themselves. This paper attempts to provide a reference and reference for China’s commercial banks to support technological innovation by combing the practices of Silicon Valley Bank.
