摘　　要：当代大学生入党动机呈现出被动要求型、盲目攀比型、实用功利型和善于钻营型等问题类型。形成这些问题的原因:从外部环境和客观条件的认识视角来看,错误社会思潮的侵袭和干扰在一定程度上影响了部分大学生的入党观念和态度;从内生动力和主观条件的认识视角来看,满足个人利益最大化的需要在一定程度上是部分大学生入党动机的真实想法;从制度保障和体制机制的认识视角来看,党员发展程序不健全在一定程度上是部分大学生入党动机不端正的重要诱因。加强当代大学生入党动机教育的对策为:站稳课堂,加强当代大学生中国共产党历史方面的教育;发挥好载体和平台的作用,在校园文化建设中突出党的历史知识、光荣传统和优良作风教育;加强培养一支党性修养强,马克思主义信仰坚定,科研和教学水平高的党建工作队伍。There are several problematic types of current college students’ motivation to join the Party,which are passive demand type,blind comparison type,practical utilitarian type,seeking for personal gains type,and so on.The causes of these problems are as follows: From the perspective of external environment and objective conditions,the invasion and interference of erroneous social thoughts have affected some college students’ ideas and attitudes towards joining the Party to some degree;From the perspective of endogenous motivation and subjective conditions,meeting the need of maximizing personal interests is the true idea of some college students’ motivation to join the Party to some degree;From the perspective of institutional guarantee and institutional mechanism,the imperfect procedure of recruiting Party members is an important inducement for some college students to have incorrect motivation to join the Party. The countermeasures to strengthen the education of college students’ motivation to join the Party are as follows: strengthening the education on the history of the Communist Party of China among contemporary college students by means of classroom teaching;Giving full play to the roles of agents and platforms to highlight the education of the Party’s historical knowledge,glorious tradition and fine style of work in the construction of campus culture;Strengthening the training of the work force of party building with strong party spirits,firm marxist beliefs,and the high level of scientific research and teaching.
