摘　　要：大学生理想信念的形成与坚定,具有长期性和复杂性。在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导下,高校应从思想认识、实践操作、体制机制保障三个层面,系统构建包括教育主线、教育内容、教育资源、教育方法以及制度保障等在内的理想信念教育体系,确保新时代大学生"心中有信仰""脑中有认知""脚下有力量"。The formation of college students’ ideals and beliefs is a long and complex process. From the three aspects as ideological understanding,practical operation and mechanism guarantee,colleges and universities can systematically construct the ideals and beliefs education system under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. It includes the main line of education,the contents of education,the educational resources,the methods of education and the guarantee of system,which can ensure current college students have "faith in their hearts","knowledge in their brains",and "strength at their feet".
