摘　　要：第八届监狱学论坛以"问题导向与监狱创新"为主题,针对目前监狱基础理论研究创新、监狱学类专业设置和教学、监狱工作实践、监狱体制改革、监狱学学科体系建设、监狱学人才培养、罪犯矫正教育等问题进行了研讨。在新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导下,论坛全面总结和系统分析中国特色社会主义监狱改革的经验和教训,寻求全面推进监狱现代化建设和中国监狱理论研究的新路径。Themed as “Problem-oriented and Prison Innovation”, the 8th Prison Forum focus on the current research and innovation of basic theory of prisons, professional setting and teaching of prison disciplines, practice of prison work, reform of prison system, and the construction of prison discipline system, prison scholarship training, criminal correction education and other issues were discussed. Under the guidance of the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the forum comprehensively summed up and systematically analyzed the experience and lessons of socialist prison reform with Chinese characteristics, and sought a new path to comprehensively promote prison modernization and Chinese prison theory research.
