摘　　要：加强公安院校队列训练,能够达到塑造学生良好的形象气质、强化过硬的作风纪律、培养顽强的意志品质和树立高度的集体观念,有力促进公安院校的学生警务化管理,因而具有其它教育训练手段无法比拟的优势与效应。Strengthening the drill formation of public security colleges can shape students' good image and temperament, strengthen excellent discipline, cultivate tenacious will and establish a high collective concept, and effectively promote the police management of students in public security colleges. It has great advantages and effects which superior to other educational and training methods.
