摘　　要：2018年俄罗斯继续积极推进开放和多元化的向东看政策,亚太外交平稳发展。对内,进一步明确远东地区面向亚太的外向型经济发展模式;对外,积极推进构建大欧亚伙伴关系,与亚太国家关系显著发展。除了与中国巩固和深入发展全面战略协作伙伴关系,俄日关系缓和,元首外交推动高层政治安全对话,有望打破领土问题僵局;与朝鲜半岛国家关系逐渐均衡发展,对韩朝的政治、经济、安全关系各有侧重,经济合作提上日程;与印度关系进一步巩固,互视优先,相互信任,战略项目合作稳定;与东盟关系从对话伙伴提升到战略伙伴,粮食供应、高科技联合项目是双方合作的新方向。俄罗斯采取一系列行动强化在亚太地区影响力,将自身的发展与地区发展相结合,将自身的安全与地区安全相结合,维护地缘政治利益,保持在国际舞台上的地位。In 2018, Russia continues to actively promote its eastern policy of openness and diversification, and its diplomacy in the Asia-Pacific region develops steadily. Internally, it further defines the export- economic development model for the Asia-Pacific in the Far East. Externally, China has actively promoted the building of a greater Eurasian partnership, and its relations with Asia-Pacific countries have grown significantly. In addition to consolidating and deeply developing the strategic partnership of coordination with China, the relations between Russia and Japan have been eased, and the heads of state have promoted high-level political and security dialogue, which is expected to break the deadlock on the territorial issue. China's relations with countries on the Korean peninsula are gradually developing in a balanced way, with different emphasis on the political, economic and security relations between DPRK and Republic of Korea. The relationship between China and India has been further consolidated with mutual priority, mutual trust and stable cooperation on strategic projects. Russia’s relations with ASEAN have been upgraded from a dialogue partner to a strategic partner. Food supply and hightech joint projects are new directions for bilateral cooperation between Russia and ASEAN. Russia has taken a series of actions to strengthen its influence in the Asia-Pacific region, combining its own development with regional development and its own security with regional security, so as to safeguard its geopolitical interests and maintain its position in the international arena.
