摘　　要：A new and fundamental law for China’s foreign investment,the Foreign Investment Law of the People’s Republic of China was adopted at the second session of the 13th National People’s Congress of China on March 15,2019 and will come into force on January 1,2020.The final version of the law contains eight changes from its draft versions.
