Developing Experience and Enlightenment of Tea Industry in Taiwan

摘　　要：【目的/意义】总结台湾茶产业发展经验并从中获得启示,可为面临同样问题的大陆茶业提供借鉴。【方法/过程】利用文献分析方法,对台湾茶叶种植情况、市场概况、分布区域、种类及销售方式等进行梳理和分析。【结果/结论】研究发现,台湾茶业发展经验在于通过茶园观光与茶艺文化、茶叶评鉴比赛、茶文化馆和亮点茶庄、开发多元化产品等发展休闲茶业,通过茶叶厂农合作体制及产销班茶园健康管理、卫生安全制茶厂评鉴,以及产销履历标章来提升品质,并建立茶叶品牌。茶产业六级化和提升产品品质是两岸茶业发展的共同方向。【Objective/Meaning】 Summarizing the developing experience of tea industry in Taiwan and gaining enlightenment can provide reference for tea industries in mainland,who are facing the same problems.【Methods/Procedures】Planting situation,market situation,distributing area,types and sales modes of tea in Taiwan were analyzed through document analysis.【Results/Conclusions】This study found that the developing experience of tea industry in Taiwan lied in the development of leisure tea industry by tea garden tourism and tea art culture,tea evaluation competition,tea culture hall and bright tea house,and the developing of diversified products.The quality of tea was improved through the cooperative system of factories and farmers,the health management of tea gardens in production and marketing classes,the evaluation of hygienic and safe tea factories,and the certificate of production and marketing,and the establishment of tea brand.Six-level tea industry and improving product quality were the common developing direction of tea industry across the straits.
