海绵城市建设中城市绿地的作用探析——以福州市主城区为例

摘　　要：【目的/意义】研究在城市规划过程中,如何发挥城市绿地在"海绵城市"建设中的作用。【方法/过程】以福州市主城区为例,基于"海绵城市"建设理念,结合城市环境问题和城市规划理论,从福州市主城区的水文特征、地势特点,以及现有城市绿地布局三个方面分析了在海绵城市建设过程中城市绿地发挥的作用。【结果/结论】在海绵城市建设过程中,要发挥城市现有绿地的作用,综合城市水情与地势,利用绿地的截流、蓄水的能力,分担城市内涝的排水压力,解决城市发生洪涝灾害的隐患,优化城市水环境。【Objective/Meaning】 This paper studied how to play the role of urban green space in the construction of“sponge city”in the process of urban planning.【Methods/Procedures】 Taking Fuzhou as an example,based on the concept of“Sponge City”,combined with urban environmental problems and urban planning theory,this paper analyzed the role of urban green space in the process of sponge city construction from three aspects:geohydrological characteristics,topographic characteristics and urban green space layout.【Results/Conclusions】 In the process of sponge city construction,we should give full play to the role of existing urban green space,integrate urban water regime and topography,utilize the capacity of intercepting and storing water of green space,share the drainage pressure of urban waterlogging,solve the hidden danger of urban flood disaster and optimize urban water environment.
