摘 要:为了解决钛合金焊接性能和加工性能较差导致其在实际工程应用中受限的问题,提出了将钛合金和不锈钢复合使用的构想,并对钛合金和不锈钢的可焊性进行了分析。以钛合金和不锈钢钎焊为研究对象,重点论述了钛合金与不锈钢钎焊连接所用的钎料及钎焊工艺等的国内外研究现状,发现通过钎焊来连接钛合金与不锈钢在焊接接头质量、精度以及提高焊接生产效率等方面具有一定优势,但依然存在接头强度低、特殊条件下接头性能不稳定等问题,需要从钎料设计出发,辅助钎焊工艺和设备的改进,根据不同的应用工况,设计出对应成分的钎料。In order to solve the problems caused by the titanium alloy poor welding and machining performance limiting their practical engineering applications, the conception of compounding use of titanium alloy and stainless steel had been put forward, and the weldability of titanium alloy and stainless steel had been analyzed. It researched on the titanium alloy and stainless steel brazing, and mainly focused on domestic and foreign research situation of solder and brazing technology for titanium alloy and stainless steel brazing, titanium alloy and stainless steel brazing had advantages in welded joint quality, precision and improving welding production efficiency, but problems of low joint strength and unstable joint performance existed. It needed to base on solder design, improve auxiliary brazing technology and equipment, and design the solder composition according to different application conditions.
