摘　　要：通过对企业组织与业务内在底层逻辑进行抽象,构造业务矩阵与组织矩阵,建立企业数字化平台架构模型,并在此基础上无限扩展企业各项子业务和组织活动的量化模型,将业务与组织有机互联,实现业务和组织活动的高度自动化、智能化,改进企业的生产函数,降本增效。An enterprise digital architecture model has been created by extracting enterprise organization and business underlying logic. Many quantitative models of enterprise activities can be developed based on the digital architecture model, which can build the connections inside business activities and organization activities, realize work automation and smart, improve enterprise production functions, reduce costs and increase benefits finally.
