摘　　要：综采工作面刮板输送机启动过程中经常会受到启动困难、机械冲击及电网冲击的困扰。新窑煤矿从4503、5401、5501综采工作面设备配置中,逐步研究出改进刮板输送机的电控装置,先后使用了传统的矿用隔爆型组合真空电磁启动器、矿用隔爆兼本质安全型交流真空组合软启动器、刮板输送机用隔爆兼本质安全型交流变频器和刮板输送机用开关磁阻电动机调速系统,通过实际应用分析,最终探索出一种真正适用于工作面刮板输送机的电控装置,即磁阻调速驱动系统。该系统能较好地满足刮板输送机轻载、重载及超载等复杂工况,消除启动过程对机械和电气系统的冲击,实现节能降耗,解决生产难题。During the starting process of scraper conveyor in fully mechanized mining face,it often suffers from difficult start-up,mechanical impact and power grid impact.In the equipment configuration of 4503,5401 and 5501 fully mechanized mining face,the Xingao Coal Mine has gradually studied and improved the electric control device of scraper conveyor.It has been used in the traditional flameproof combination vacuum electromagnetic starter,mining flameproof and intrinsically safe AC vacuum combination soft starter,flameproof and intrinsically safe AC frequency converter used in scraper conveyor and switched magnetic resistance motor speed control system for scraper conveyor.Through practical application analysis,a kind of electric control device which is suitable for scraper conveyor in working face has been finally explored.The drive system of magnetic resistance speed control can meet the complicated working conditions of light load,heavy load and overload of the scraper conveyor,eliminate the impact of starting process on the mechanical and electrical system,realize energy saving and reduce consumption,and solve the problem of production.
