摘 要:针对同煤集团忻州窑矿副井提升机主轴轴承运行中出现的问题,提出了一种新的缠绕式提升机主轴轴承更换解决方案,即根据现场状况选择使用5600液压支架立柱作为平台的动作机构,设计制作了滚筒托架、与立柱配合的底座系统、稳定防倒装置以及主轴装置抬起后的保险方案。该方案避免了常规的使用大吨位吊车需要拆窗户、破墙等繁琐的准备过程。通过实践检验,平台可回收循环使用,平台研制所用材料设备均为矿山常见的材料,方便易得,应用前景广阔。In view of the problems in operation of shaft bearings of auxiliary shaft hoist of Xinzhouyao Mine in Datong Coal Group,a new replacement solution for spindle bearing of winding hoist has been proposed,which chose the 5600 hydraulic support column as the action mechanism of the platform according to the condition of the site.The roller bracket,the base system matching with the column,the stabilizing anti-collapsing device and the insurance scheme after the main shaft device was lifted have been designed and manufactured.The scheme has been avoided the cumbersome preparation process of conventional use of large tonnage cranes,such as breaking windows and breaking walls.Practice shows that the platform can be recycled,and the materials and equipment used in the platform development are ordinary materials in mines,which are convenient and easy to obtain,and have broad prospects for popularization.
