摘　　要：介绍尿素装置二氧化碳压缩机运行情况,针对高压缸出现推力端径向轴承振动增高和止推轴承温度持续升高问题,通过工艺调整、状态监控和设备结构分析,提出压缩机异常状态的处理措施,维持运行至检修处理。The operation of CO2 compressor in urea plant was described. To the problems such as high vibration on radial bearing at the thrust end in high pressure cylinder, and the continuous temperature rise on thrust bearing, some treatment measures were presented, such as adjusting the process, monitoring the status, and analyzing the equipment structure, to maintain the operation till the next maintenance.
