摘　　要：低温甲醇洗工艺涉及甲醇、氢气、一氧化碳、硫化氢等易燃易爆物质,这些危化品一旦出现泄漏可能引起人员中毒、火灾、爆炸、环境污染等。通过对现役低温甲醇洗装置进行HAZOP分析,辨识出可能存在的安全隐患和潜在危险,并对较高风险提出了建议措施。Methanol is a kind of toxic and flammable liquid. Besides, the process contains flammable and explosive materials, such as methanol, hydrogen, carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide. Once these hazardous chemicals leak, it will easily cause a fire and explosion accident and environment pollution etc. Through HAZOP(Hazard and Operability) analysis for an in-service rectisol plant, the safety pitfalls and potential hazard were identified. The reasonable recommendations were proposed for higher risks.
