摘 要:文章结合南京大学5届的中俄野外生物研究性实习,总结了实习团队的组建、实习模式、内容、过程、收获及启示,分析了其中的优点与不足。实习的实践告诉我们,国际化实习充分的前期准备是实习顺利进行的保障,研究性实习具有认知和科研两种属性,要锻炼学生从认知走向科研。中俄优秀教师团队优势互补实习效果良好,领导的重视为实习提供可持续能量,国际化实习提高了学校的知名度、锻炼了学生的意志、收获了知识和经验。Based on the five time practices of Russian-Sina joint field training of biology in Baikal Lake area,the composition of the teams,the mode,contents and process of the scientific practice,and its harvest are reported and its shortcomings are also analyzed in the paper.The practice tells us that adequate preparations are very essential for internationalization field training.Research field training has two attributes of cognition and scientific research,which is beneficial for students to transfer from cognition to scientific research.The effect of China-Russian excellent teachers'team cooperation is good,and leadership's attention provides sustainable energy for the internship.The training has also enhanced the popularity of the university,exercised the will of the students,and increaised knowledge and experience for the students.
