摘 要:采用环氧开环法制备聚氨酯改性环氧树脂,改变聚氨酯的掺量,测试聚氨酯改性环氧树脂沥青混合料的高、低温稳定性和水稳定性。结果发现,聚氨酯与环氧树脂发生环氧开环聚合后,产生较多的柔性支链,可降低环氧树脂的低温脆性;聚氨酯的添加对环氧树脂沥青混合料的高温性能影响不大,但可明显提升混合料的低温弯拉应变水平;当聚氨酯掺量占环氧树脂质量的30%时,混合料的性能最佳,运用此改性混合料可明显减少桥面铺装中的早期低温开裂病害。Polyurethane modified epoxy resins are prepared by epoxy ring-opening method, which changes the content of polyurethane. The high and low temperature stability and water stability of epoxy resin and asphalt mixture modified by polyurethane are tested. The results show that the epoxy ring-opening polymerization of polyurethane and epoxy resin occurs, and many flexible branched chains are produced, which could reduce the brittleness of epoxy resin at low temperature. The addition of polyurethane has little effect on the high temperature performance of epoxy resin asphalt mixture, but it can obviously improve the low temperature bending strain of the mixture. When the polyurethane content accounts for 30% of the epoxy resin quality, the performance of the mixture is the best. The early low temperature cracking hazard of bridge deck pavement can be reduced by using the modified mixture.
