摘  要:三角挂篮施工法适用于大跨度混凝土连续梁桥悬臂施工,以银川黄河特大桥引桥跨惠农渠连续梁的混凝土箱梁悬臂法施工为例,系统介绍了三角挂篮悬臂施工法的结构形式、对拉试验、预压方法、混凝土浇筑方法、预应力张拉方法、重点工序施工方法和施工质量控制方法。对拉试验结果表明,每片挂篮主桁架的变形量均小于1 cm,满足规范要求。混凝土箱梁施工拆模后,其表面密实光滑,无开裂及裂纹,工程施工质量良好。The triangle hanging basket construction method is for large span concrete cantilever construction of continuous girder bridge. Taking the cantilever construction of concrete box girder of Huinong canal continuous beam across the approach bridge of Yinchuan Yellow River bridge as an example, the cantilever construction method of triangle hanging basket is introduced in detail. The structure form, tensile test, preloading method, concrete pouring method, prestressed tension method, key working procedure construction method and construction quality control method are analyzed. The tensile test results show that the deformation of each piece of hanging basket and the truss is less than 1cm, which meets the requirements. The surface of the concrete box girder is compact and smooth without cracking and crack, which indicates that the construction quality is good. Through the analysis and discussion of the construction technology and quality control points of long-span cantilever beam, it provides experience reference for cantilever construction of similar large-span concrete box girder.
