摘　　要：存量资产资源有效经营开发对铁路可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。通过剖析动因、提炼特征和总结经验的方式解构动车组Wi-Fi股权转让案例,提出全路存量资产资源经营开发的前提条件,同时结合铁路线网实体依存度与对外信息需求依存度双要素,探索设计四种不同类型经营开发模式,以供后续探索全路存量资产资源经营开发工作参考。The effective management of stock assets and resources is of great significance to the sustainable development of railways. This paper deconstructs the Wi-Fi equity transfer case of EMU by analyzing the motivation, refining characteristics and summarizing experience, and proposes the preconditions for the development of the whole-stock asset resource management. At the same time, combined with the dual elements of the dependence of the railway network and the dependence of external information, the author explores four different types of business development models. It provides an important decision-making reference for the exploration of the subsequent development of the whole road inventory asset resources.
