大学生政治参与现状调查与对策研究——以兰州大学为例

摘　　要：基于对兰州大学近500名本科生的实证调查,对大学生新媒体政治参与与现实政治参与进行了比较分析,调查结果表明:大学生新媒体政治参与的积极性与行为程度均低于现实政治参与,但两者呈正相关关系;两者在客观影响因素方面存在差异;大学生的新媒体政治参与动机具有复杂性与多样性的特点,但在总体上其对于新媒体政治参与以正面评价为主;此外,新媒体对于大学生的政治参与具有一定的正向激励作用。为进一步促进大学生新媒体政治参与健康发展,需要大学生自身、学校和政府三方面形成合力。Based on an empirical survey of nearly 500 undergraduates in Lanzhou University,this study discussed the current situation of contemporary college students' political participation against the background of new mediathrough acomparative analysis between on line and off line political participation.The result shows that college students' political participation through new media demonstratesa lower degree of initiative and activity compared with off line political participation,while there exists apositive correlation between them.These two types of participation also diverse inobjective factors.The motives behind collegestudents' political participation through new media are complex and diverse,but generally students have positive commenton this type of participation.And to some extentnew media can actasapositiveincentive in boosting colleges tudents' political participation in China.However,contemporary college students' political participation through new media also has some problems.In order to further facilitate the healthy development of college students' political participation through new media in China,the combination of government's leading role and society's cooperative governance should beimplemente datamacro level.
