摘  要:试验旨在比较不同产地DDGS在黄羽肉鸡上的生物学效价。试验选用9个不同产地的DDGS,并对其总能(GE)、粗蛋白(CP)和氨基酸(AA)进行测定。随后选用25日龄的黄羽肉鸡(优麻)200只,随机分为10个处理,每个处理10个重复,每个重复2只鸡。采用套算法和全收粪法测定9个产地DDGS的表观代谢能(AME)、CP和AA代谢率。结果表明,试验用DDGS在黄羽肉鸡上的平均AME为12.43 MJ/kg,RSD为11.14%,以协A最高,莱芜最低(P<0.05);试验用DDGS在黄羽肉鸡上的平均CP代谢率为77.98%,RSD为8.22%,各产地差异不显著(P>0.05);试验用DDGS在黄羽肉鸡上的AA代谢率(AAA)RSD大于10%的AA有6种,且AAA占前三位的个数排序为:海>美A>莱芜>安A=柠檬>协A>美B=安B>协B。由此可见,不同产地DDGS在黄羽肉鸡上的生物学效价不同,其中以协A的AME最高,海的AAA最好。This study was aimed to evaluate the biological value of different sources of DDGS in Yellow-feathered broilers. Nine kinds of DDGS from different sources were determined gross energy(GE), crude protein(CP) and amino acid(AA) content. Then, 200 Yellow-feathered broilers(Youma)at 25 day of age were randomly allocated into 10 groups with 10 replicates of 2 birds per replicate.Apparent metabolic energy(AME), CP and AA apparent metabolic rate of DDGS were estimated by total collection and substitution method. The results showed that the mean and RSD of AME were12.43 MJ/kg and 11.14% and the highest(P<0.05) and the lowest(P<0.05) AME of DDGS come from Xie A and Laiwu. The mean and RSD of average CP apparent metabolic rate were 77.98% and 8.22%and no difference was observed among all groups. Besides, the RSD of 6 kinds of AA apparent metabolic rate(AAA) were higher than 10%. Top three DDGS sorted by AAA were: Hai>Mei A>Laiwu>An A=Ningmeng>Xie A>Mei B=An B>Xie B. In conclusion, the biological value of different sources of DDGS on Yellow-feathered broilers is different. DDGS comes from Xie A showed higher AME and DDGS comes from Hai showed higher AAA in Yellow-feathered broilers.
