福建某体育馆项目的三维设计与施工协同管理研究

摘　　要：文中研究了工程总承包项目三维设计与施工协同平台的工作原理,搭建了三维设计施工协同平台,提出了利用BIM技术进行三维设计、施工两阶段协同应用及从设计到施工的无缝传递的管理模式。以福建体育馆EPC项目为示范,利用三维设计施工协同平台进行了全专业三维模型的搭建,协调分析、模型拆分、机电深化、工程算量与进度管控等,实现了从设计阶段到施工阶段的BIM技术可传递应用、数字化交付和信息共享。The paper study the working principle of engineering EPC 3D design and construction collaborative platform,set up the 3D design construction collaborative platform,propose one management mode which involve 3D design and construction stage collaborative application and the seamless transfer from design to construction.Take An EPC project of gamnasium in Fujian provice as a demonstration,we conducted the establishment of full profession 3D model,coordination analysis,electromechanical deepening,engineering calculation and progress control by 3D design construction collaborative platform.The extended application of BIM technology,digital delivery and information sharing from design stage to construction stage are realized.
