摘　　要：综述了慢性心力衰竭病人姑息照护的进展,包括国外姑息照护模式、影响慢性心力衰竭病人姑息照护的因素和促进终末期心力衰竭病人姑息照护的策略,以期为我国慢性心力衰竭姑息照护模式的建立提供理论依据。It reviewed the research progress on palliative care for patients with chronic heart failure (CHF),including the palliative care model abroad,the factors influencing the palliative care for patients with CHF,and the strategies to promote the palliative care for patients with end-stage CHF,so as to provide theoretical basis for the establishment of CHF palliative care model in China.
