摘  要:针对某大功率柴油机有效燃油消耗率较高的情况,改进其增压系统来提高其经济性。对改进后的4涡轮增压器柴油机进行测试,基于实测缸压开展燃烧放热规律分析,获得关键燃烧特征参数,探明燃烧参数的变化规律,并基于韦伯燃烧模型建立燃烧特征参数经验模型。使用仿真软件GT-Power建立仿真模型,利用试验数据进行模型校核,结果表明各参数的最大误差不超过4.36%。仿真计算表明,与2涡轮并联增压系统相比,4涡轮并联增压系统的燃油经济性更高,100%负荷时有效燃油消耗率降低4.96 g/(kW·h),与实测结果基本一致。In view of the high effective fuel consumption rate of a high-power diesel engine, the supercharging system is improved to enhance its economy. The improved 4-turbocharger diesel engine was tested, and the combustion and heat release law was analyzed based on the measured cylinder pressure, the key combustion characteristic parameters were obtained, and the change law of combustion parameters was proved, and the empirical model of combustion characteristic parameters was established based on the Weber combustion model. The simulation model was built with GT-Power, and the model was checked with test data. It was found that the maximum error of each parameter was not more than 4.36%.Simulation calculation shows that, compared with the 2 turbine parallel turbocharging system, the performance of the 4 turbine parallel turbocharging system is higher in fuel economy, and the effective fuel consumption rate decreases by 4.96 g/(kW·h) at 100% load, which is basically consistent with the measured results.
