摘 要:针对某转子发动机的电控喷油系统进行开发研究,以MSP430单片机为核心,设计电控单元的电源、信号处理和喷油驱动等模块的硬件电路,采用程序模块化思想设计电控单元的软件程序,并对电控单元的功能进行半物理试验调试。结果表明:设计的电控喷油系统能够实现对传感器信号的实时测量和计算,并能够根据相应的控制策略输出正确的控制信号。An electronically controlled fuel injection system for a certain type of rotary engine is developed through designing hardware circuit of power supply, signal processing and injection drive module of electronic control unit based on MSP430 single-chip microcomputer. The software program of the electronic control unit is projected by program modularization, and the semi-physical experiment debugging of the function of the electronic control unit is carried out. The debugging results show that the designed electronically controlled fuel injection system can realize the real-time measurement and calculation of the sensor signal and output the correct control signal according to the corresponding control strategy.
