摘 要:针对就地化保护特点,以高效而全面的检验为导向,提出了工厂化检验与现场更换检验相结合的就地化保护检验机制。首先对就地化保护的整体构架进行了简述,在此基础上,阐述了总体的检验方案。然后分别对工厂化检验和现场更换检验的流程和内容进行了详细叙述。相比于传统继电保护装置的检验机制,该方案在检验效率和现场作业安全方面都具有明显的优势。该方案在包含就地化保护所有功能检验的同时,融入了就地化保护在运维检修上的特殊性,使方案更具有实用性。Based on the characteristics of outdoor installation protection and guided by an efficient and comprehensive inspection, an outdoor installation protection inspection mechanism is proposed which combines factory inspection and field replacement inspection. Firstly, the overall framework of outdoor installation protection is briefly described. On this basis, the overall inspection plan is elaborated. Then the process and content of factory inspection and field replacement inspection are described in detail. Compared with the inspection mechanism of the traditional protection device, the scheme of this paper has obvious advantages in the inspection efficiency and work safety. The plan includes the all functional tests of outdoor installation protection, and incorporates the speciality of outdoor installation protection in operation and maintenance, making the plan more practical.
