摘　　要：攻克深度贫困地区脱贫堡垒,是国家全面建成小康社会最难啃的"硬骨头"。通过对青海长江源玉树藏族自治州治多县多彩乡拉日村长期的人类学调查,研究该村的传统生计及其变迁,分析其贫困状况及其致贫原因,探讨精准扶贫和精准脱贫的各项惠民政策实施以来,该村依托生态畜牧业和非牧产业实现脱贫的过程及其经验。It is a toughest task currently for Chinese government to conquer the bastion of poverty alleviation in deeply poverty-stricken areas so that to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects. This paper based on a long time anthropological field works on Lari Village, a Tibetan nomadic community in the source of the Yangtze River Zhiduo County Yushu Tibetan Prefecture Qinghai, to elaborate the traditional livelihood of the village and its changes, to analyze the poverty situation and its causes, to explore the practice of poverty alleviation by relying on the development of ecological animal husbandry and non-animal husbandry industries since the implementation of various favorable policies of targeted poverty alleviation projects.
