同伴推动干预在男男同性恋人群艾滋病防治中应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析同伴推动干预模式在MSM人群艾滋病防治中应用成效,为提高干预人数和巩固艾滋病防治效果提供依据。方法通过开展同伴教育、动员和转介MSM人群参与艾滋病防治工作,工作人员对其开展健康教育、行为干预、安全套发放、HIV抗体检测以及阳性病例治疗转介等综合干预管理服务。结果研究期间参与活动的MSM人数明显增加,特别是首次在本地接受HIV抗体检测和经网络平台转介的人数逐渐增加;最近一次及最近6个月分别与同性发生肛交性行为,与异性发生性行为时安全套使用率均呈逐年增加的趋势。结论同伴推动干预探索出科学的激励机制,激发和调动同伴工作积极性,扩大同伴教育覆盖面;使同伴教育同工作人员专业的咨询服务、行为干预相辅相成,提高MSM人群对艾滋病防治知识的认同度,增加干预人数,有效遏制以MSM人群为桥梁的艾滋病传播。OBJECTIVE To analyze the effectiveness of peer-driven intervention model in AIDS prevention and control among MSM population,and to provide evidence for increasing the number of intervention and consolidating the effectiveness of AIDS prevention and control.METHODS Through seed peer education,mobilizing and referring the MSM population to participate in AIDS prevention and control work,staff carried out health education,behavior intervention,condom distribution and HIV antibody testing,positive case treatment and referral and other comprehensive intervention management services.RESULTS During the study period,the number of MSM participants increased significantly,especially the first local HIV antibody test and the number of Internet platform-mediated gradually increased;the last and the last 6 months of anal sexual intercourse with the same sex,and heterosexual sexual intercourse with the condom use rate increased year by year.CONCLUSION Peer-driven intervention explored a scientific incentive mechanism to stimulate and mobilize the enthusiasm of seed/peer work,expanded the coverage of peer education;made peer education staff professional counseling services and behavioral intervention complement each other,improved the recognition of MSM population on AIDS prevention and control knowledge,increased the number of intervention,and effectively curbed MSM people spreading AIDS for bridges.
