摘 要:传统的电网监控管理系统在监控电网时,准确率差,相对误差大,监控效果差。为了提高监控效果,基于GIS技术设置了一种新的电网监控管理系统,对系统的硬件和软件进行设计,主要设计了数据采集器、数据处理器和输入设备,软件部分分为数据采集、数据处理和数字化输出三步。与传统监控管理系统进行对比,设置了对比实验,由实验结果可知,所设计的电网监控管理系统能够有效调高工作准确率,降低相对误差,使监控工作效率得到有效提高。本研究对于电网监控有重要的指导意义。The traditional power grid monitoring and management system has poor accuracy,large relative error and poor monitoring effect when monitoring the power grid.In order to improve the monitoring effect,a new power network monitoring and management system is set up based on GIS technology.The hardware and software of the system are designed.The data collector,data processor and input equipment are designed mainly.The software is divided into three steps,which are data acquisition,data processing and digital output.Compared with the traditional monitoring and management system,a comparative experiment is set up.The experimental results show that the power grid monitoring and management system can effectively improve the accuracy of work,reduce the relative error,and improve the efficiency of monitoring work effectively.This study has important guiding significance for power grid monitoring.
