摘 要:针对某SUV试制车基于GB 1495-20××草案的室内通过噪声超标问题,在半消声室内的低噪声四驱转毂试验台上,首先使用声学照相机对被测车辆在规定工况下行驶时的主要噪声源进行快速准确定位,然后应用逐一拆除屏蔽的方法,实现对影响通过噪声的各主因素的贡献量排序分析,并依此提出相应整改措施。对整改措施的效果进行验证,结果表明,室内通过噪声较原车降低2.8 d B(A),达到对标要求。该方法可为提高通过噪声贡献量分析试验的效率和测试一致性提供参考。The problem of excessive indoor pass-by noise of a prototype SUV based on the GB 1495-20 ×× draft is studied. An acoustic camera is used to test the vehicle under specified conditions to locate the main noise sources quickly and accurately on a low-noise four-wheel-drive revolving drum test table in the semi-anechoic chamber. Then the shielding method is applied to quantify and rank the contribution of main sources to the vehicle' s indoor pass-by noise. Based on the contribution analysis results, corresponding correction measures are proposed. The effect of the rectification and improvement measures is verified. The results show that the indoor pass-by noise is reduced by 2.8 dB(A) compared to the original car and the requirement for benchmarking is achieved. This work can provide a reference for improving the efficiency and testing consistency of the pass-by noise contribution analysis test.
