摘 要:目的探究肌苷注射液联合醒脑静治疗一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病(DEACMP)的临床效果。方法将85例DEACMP患者以给药方案不同分为联合组45例与参照组40例,联合组给予肌苷注射液联合醒脑静注射液治疗,参照组给予肌苷注射液治疗,比较两组治疗前后脑功能和实验室指标变化及疗效差异。结果治疗后,两组简易智能精神状态量表(MMSE)评分、蒙特利尔量表(Mo CA)评分及改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分皆大幅升高,且联合组升高幅度大于参照组(P <0.05);两组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性升高,丙二醛(MDA)、肌钙蛋白(cTnI)水平和磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)活性降低,且联合组改善幅度大于参照组(P <0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率达95.56%,明显高于参照组的80.00%(P <0.05)。结论肌苷注射液联合醒脑静注射液治疗DEACMP,可有效缓解患者脑组织和心肌损伤,提高临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of inosine injection combined with Xingnaojing in the treatment of delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP).Methods A total of 85 patients with DEACMP were divided into a combined group(n=45)and a control group(n=40).The combined group was treated with inosine injection combined with Xingnaojing injection,and the control group was treated with inosine injection.The changes of brain function and laboratory indicators before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the scores of MMSE,MoCA and improved Barthel index(MBI)increased significantly in both groups,and the increase of SOD activity,malondialdehyde(MDA),troponin(cTnI)and creatine phosphate kinase in the combined group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The activity of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)increased,and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and troponin(cTnI)as well as the activity of creatine kinase(CK)decreased in both groups;the improvement of the combined group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion inosine Injection combined with Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of DEACMP can effectively alleviate brain tissue and myocardial injury and improve clinical efficacy.
