龙胆泻肝汤加减联合针刺治疗肝郁化火型失眠症对患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价龙胆泻肝汤加减联合针刺治疗肝郁化火型失眠症对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选择我院2017年10月-2018年3月94例肝郁化火型失眠症患者,采用数字表随机法分为两组,对照组47例采用西医治疗,于临睡前给予艾司唑仑口服,观察组47例给予龙胆泻肝汤联合针刺治疗,疗程均为3周,观察两组患者睡眠质量改善情况。结果:治疗后两组入睡潜伏期较治疗前明显短,睡眠总时间明显延长,PSQI评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后睡眠总时间明显长于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠质量评估量表(PSQI)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组总有效率为87.23%,明显高于对照组的65.96%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为14.89%,明显高于观察组的0.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.826,P <0.05)。结论:龙胆泻肝汤加减联合联合针刺治疗肝郁化火型失眠症可显著改善失眠症状,疗效好,安全性高,值得推广。Objective:To evaluate the effects of the Longdan Xiegan decoction(龙胆泻肝汤)plus acupuncture on sleep quality of patients with insomnia of the Ganyu Huahuo type(肝郁化火型).Methods:94 cases were randomly divided into two groups,47 cases in each.The control group was treated with estazolam at bedtime.The observation group was treated with the Longdan Xiegan decoction plus acupuncture,for 3 weeks.The sleep quality in groups was observed.Results:The latency to sleep in groups was significantly shorter than before treatment;the total sleep time was significantly longer;the PSQI score was significantly decreased,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total sleep time in the observation group was significantly longer and the PSQI score was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was 87.23%,significantly higher than 65.96%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 14.89%,obviously higher than 0.00%in the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(χ^2=4.826,P<0.05).Conclusion:The Longdan Xiegan decoction plus acupuncture on sleep quality of patients with insomnia of the Ganyu Huahuo type can significantly improve the insomnia symptoms,with a good curative effect and high safety,is worth promoting.
