复发性口腔溃疡采用针灸配合中药治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨复发性口腔溃疡采用针灸配合中药治疗的效果。方法:研究2017年3月-2018年5月收治的80例复发性口腔溃疡患者,随机分为参照组与研究组各40例,参照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组运用针灸配合中药治疗,分析不同治疗后患者治疗疗效、复发率情况。结果:在治疗总有效率上,研究组为95%,显著高于参照组72.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在3个月与半年内的复发率上,研究组为10%和22.5%,显著少于参照组47.5%和67.5%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复发性口腔溃疡采用针灸配合中药治疗可以有效的提升治疗疗效,减少复发率。Objective:To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine on recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:Eighty patients with recurrent oral ulcers who were admitted from March 2017 and May 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with acupuncture and Chinese medicine.The therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of patients after different treatments were analyzed.Results:The treatment efficiency of the observation group and the control group was 95%vs 72.5%,P<0.05;The 3 month and half year recurrence rate of the observation group and the control group was 10%and 22.5%VS 47.5%and 67.5%,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine for recurrent oral ulcer could effectively improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the recurrence rate.
