摘　　要：目的:观察阳和汤对乳腺癌化疗患者免疫功能的改善情况。方法:对60例乳腺癌化疗患者,采用随机分组法将所选患者分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例)。对照组采取多柔比星、环磷酰胺、多西他赛(AC→T)方案治疗,观察组在化疗方案基础联合阳和汤治疗,在化疗完成4个周期后对比两组患者T细胞亚群变化情况。结果:疗程结束后,治疗组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、NK水平高于对照组,CD8+水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:阳和汤联合AC→T方案可明显改善乳腺癌化疗患者免疫功能。Objective:To observe the improvement of Yanghe Decoction(阳和汤)on immune function in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty patients with breast cancer chemotherapy were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the treatment group(30 cases).The control group was treated with doxorubicin,cyclophosphamide,and docetaxel(AC→T).The observation group was treated with Yanghe Decoction(阳和汤)on the basis of chemotherapy.After 4 cycles of chemotherapy,T cells were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+and NK in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yanghe Decoction(阳和汤)combined with(AC→T)could significantly improve the immune function of breast cancer chemotherapy patients.
