泌尿排石汤配合针灸治疗泌尿系结石临床疗效率分析

摘　　要：目的:分析泌尿排石汤配合针灸治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效率。方法:选取于2017年1月-2018年1月在我院接受治疗的泌尿系结石患者88例,作为本文的研究对象,采用奇偶分组法将患者分成两组,每组患者44例,对照组患者接受泌尿排石汤进行治疗,试验组患者接受泌尿排石汤配合针灸治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果、疾病复发率和结石排出时间等指标进行观察对比。结果:试验组患者中,治疗效果为显效的患者29例,治疗效果为好转的13例,治疗效果为无效的2例,试验组患者的临床治疗总有效率为95.45%(42/44),对照组患者中,治疗效果为显效的患者23例,治疗效果为好转的9例,治疗效果为无效的12例,对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率为72.73%(31/44),试验组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05;试验组患者的结石排出时间为(8.04±2.76)d,明显优于对照组患者的结石排出时间(9.35±3.30)d,P <0.05;试验组患者的复发率为9.09%(4/44),明显低于对照组患者的复发率(20.45%),P <0.05。结论:对泌尿系结石患者实施泌尿排石汤配合针灸治疗,能够使结石快速排出,从而提高治疗效果,并有效减少疾病的复发率,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Miniao Paishi decoction(泌尿排石汤)combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods:88 patients with urinary calculi who were treated in our hospital from January2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research subjects in this paper.The patients were divided into 2 groups by parity grouping method,with 44 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received Miniao Paishi decoction(泌尿排石汤)for treatment,and patients in the experimental group received Miniao Paishi decoction(泌尿排石汤)combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.The clinical treatment effect,disease recurrence rate and stone excretion time of the two groups were observed.Results:Among the patients in the experimental group,the therapeutic effect was significant in 29 cases,improved in 13 cases,and ineffective in 2 cases.The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 95.45%(42/44).Among the patients in the control group,the therapeutic effect was significant in 23 cases,improved in 9 cases,and ineffective in 12 cases.The total clinical effective rate of the patients in the control group was 72.73%(31/44).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stone excretion time of the experimental group was(8.04±2.76)d,which was significantly better than that of the control group(9.35±3.30)d,P<0.05.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 9.09%(4/44),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.45%),P<0.05.Conclusion:Miniao Paishi decoction(泌尿排石汤)combined with cupuncture and moxibustion could help to quickly excrete the stones in the treatment of urinary stone patients,it could improve the treatment effect,effectively reduce the recurrence rate of disease,and improve the quality of life of patients,which was worthy of popularization and application.
