摘　　要：现阶段国有林场涉林违法犯罪活动频发,威胁着林场的生产生活秩序。以我国南方国有钦廉林场为例,联系实际,根据实践探讨南方国有林场林业案件的发案原因、规律并提出相应的解决对策。At this stage,state-owned forest farms are involved in illegal and criminal activities involving forests,threatening the production and living order of forest farms.Taking the state-owned Chinlian Forest Farm in the south of China as an example,the actual situation is discussed.According to the practice,it proposesthe causes and laws of the forestry cases in the state-owned forest farms in the south are discussed and corresponding countermeasures.
