大型医疗设备效益监管的信息化管理实践

摘　　要：目的通过建立大型医疗设备监管平台,实现大型医疗设备监管的信息化,降低医院运营成本,提升医院经济效益。方法通过搭建接口,系统整合,将全院9大管理系统进行整合,建立大型医疗设备全生命周期监管平台。结果该监管平台建立以后,我院医疗设备的收益逐年上升,人员满意度逐步上升,设备管理人员的工作效率明显提高。结论该大型医疗设备监管平台可以为新购设备立项的重要参考,是设备购买维保的关键因素与设备报废的决定依据。Objective To achieve the informatization of large medical equipment supervision, reduce hospital operating costs, and improve hospital economic benefits through the establishment of large medical equipment supervision platform. Methods Through the establishment of interface and system integration, the 9 management systems of our hospital were integrated to establish a monitoring platform for the whole life cycle of large-scale medical equipments. Results After the establishment of the supervision platform, the revenue of medical equipment in our hospital increased year by year, staff satisfaction gradually increased, and the working efficiency of equipment management personnel significantly improved. Conclusion The large medical equipment supervision platform can be an important reference for the project approval of new equipment purchase, as well as the key factors for equipment purchase and maintenance and the basis for the decision of equipment scrapping.
