摘　　要：全自动血液分析仪在医院检验科中扮演着重要的角色。本文分析总结了3例希森美康XN2000血液分析仪的相关故障,分别是进样器故障、WBC技术故障、穿刺针故障,并详细分析了这3例故障的解决方法。我们经过一步步排查,逐步找到故障原因,并提出解决方案,希望能给同行处理相似故障带来启发。我们在进行故障排查时,要细致耐心。同时,每次解决故障后,应该记录下来,形成流程,以供下次参考。It is well known that automatic blood analyzer plays an important role in the hospital laboratory. Three cases of XN2000 related faults of Sysmex were analyzed and summarized in this paper, including injector fault, WBC technical fault and puncture needle fault, and the solutions of these three faults were analyzed in detail. After checking step by step, we gradually find the cause of the fault and put forward a solution, hoping to give colleagues to deal with similar faults to bring inspiration. We should be meticulous and patient in troubleshooting. At the same time, after each troubleshooting, should be recorded, forming a process for the next reference.
