摘 要:目的探讨壮药复方铁草胶囊(ZT)对肝癌H_(22)荷瘤小鼠的扶正作用。方法采用腹腔注射CY致免疫低下的肝癌H_(22)荷瘤小鼠作为模型,设空白对照组、免疫抑制模型组和ZT高、中、低剂量组,以碳廓清率法、血清半数溶血值测定法测定小鼠的单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清溶血素含量,以评价ZT的扶正作用。结果 ZT高、中剂量组均能显著提高CY致免疫低下的肝癌H_(22)荷瘤小鼠的单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能,与模型组比较P<0.01;ZT高剂量组能明显促进血清溶血素的生成,与模型组比较P<0.05。结论 ZT可提高免疫低下肝癌H_(22)荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of ZT on strengthening body in H22 hepatoma-bearing mouse model.METHODS The CY-induced immune deficient mice,bearing with H22 hepatoma,were divided randomly into high,middle,low dose of ZT group,blank control group and model control group.Carbon clearance test and the serum hemonlysin assay were used to evaluate the phagocytosis function of mono macrophage system.RESULTS High and middle dose of ZT groups very significantly increased the monocytes phagocyteization of the CY-induced immune deficient mice bearing with H22 hepatoma,Compared with model control group P<0.01.High dose of ZT group significantly enhanced the concentrations of serum hemolysin,Compared with model control group P<0.05.
